4. Visitation Fee for Site Quotes
If suitable photos or video cannot be provided and a site visit is needed in order to assess the work and prepare a quote, a visitation fee may apply.
Where a visitation fee is charged and the customer accepts the quote and proceeds with the work, that visitation fee will be deducted from the quoted price.
5. Booking and Availability
Booking dates and times are subject to availability. We may need to rearrange work due to weather, site conditions, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Scope of Work
Work will normally be carried out based on the agreed quotation or service discussion. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or additional charge.
7. Access and Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing suitable access to the property and work area. Please let us know in advance about any access restrictions, hazards, fragile surfaces, pets or other relevant site conditions.
8. Deposits and Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed when work is quoted or booked. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in accordance with the terms set out on the invoice or quotation.
For larger-scale work, we may require a 50% deposit before work begins. Where a deposit is required, this will be clearly stated in the quotation or service agreement.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations where time, travel, materials or labour have already been committed.
10. Materials and Waste
Any supply of materials, planting, fencing, paving or related items will be subject to availability and pricing at the time of the job. Waste removal will be included only where stated in the quote or service agreement.

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay caused by weather, access limitations, hidden defects or events outside our reasonable control.
